Return & Exchange Policy
At Sugatip, we hope you’re happy with your order! All products are handmade, so there may be some imperfections. However, if for any reason you're not satisfied your purchase, you can return your item within 14 days. Please note that you will need to cover the return shipping costs. Just ensure the product is unworn and in its original packaging, and we’ll happily process your refund after your returned item.
